 In the last 27 years, I have enjoyed helping over 10,000 family's become homeowners. I will continue my commitment towards the highest standards of integrity, honesty and fair treatment to every client that I work with.
The bigest problem I see facing the mortgage lending business is the act of predatory lending practices that have gone mostly unchecked by legislation throughout the United States. I cannot understand how other mortgage lenders can sleep at night, knowing how badly they have taken advantage of the customer.
The other problem facing the mortgage industry is the shear fact that 8 out of 10 loan officers have very little or no training in the mortgage lending industry and can be the worst nightmare for a potential homeowner. These untrained loan officers can make a dream come true, become a day of disaster. I encourage anyone wanting to purchase a home or refinance their existing loan to carefully select their lender.
I personally have recieved over 1,575 hours of formal training in the mortgage lending business and continue to attend educational classes and seminars on a regular basis.
After operating and working for some of the largest mortgage company's in the United States from St. Louis, I am pleased to be working for the largest independantly owned and operated mortgage bank in the state of Missouri.
