Meet Bob Sargent

In the last 27 years, I have enjoyed helping over 10,000 family's become homeowners. I will continue my commitment towards the highest standards of integrity, honesty and fair treatment to every client that I work with.

The other problem facing the mortgage industry is the shear fact that 8 out of 10 loan officers have very little or no training in the mortgage lending industry and can be the worst nightmare for a potential homeowner. These untrained loan officers can make a dream come true, become a day of disaster. I encourage anyone wanting to purchase a home or refinance their existing loan to carefully select their lender.

I personally have recieved over 1,575 hours of formal training in the mortgage lending business and continue to attend educational classes and seminars on a regular basis.

After operating and working for some of the largest mortgage company's in the United States from St. Louis, I am pleased to be working for the largest independantly owned and operated mortgage bank in the state of Missouri. As the Sales Manager of USA Mortgage, I have the ability to help you with your financing needs or future employment opportunity's in the mortgage banking industry at USA Mortgage.

USA Mortgage is a St. Louis-based, independent mortgage banking company. To the borrower, that means we control all aspects of the loan process, from originating the loan to closing and funding it with our own money. We are not a broker who acts as a mere intermediary with no ability to control each part of the process, nor are we an actual bank which typically specializes in checking and savings accounts and often views mortgages as a “necessary evil” rather than a core product or service.
